DeafTV’s 1st program

YES! DeafTV’s first and second programs on 17th and 24th December broadcasted at 7pm on Channel 31 were a huge success!  Many members of the Victorian Deaf Community were thrilled, relieved and overexcited.  Lots of people crowded at the Young & Jackson Hotel on Wednesday the next evening after announced directly from DeafTV News.  Many Deaf patrons were interviewed about DeafTV and gave excellent feedback!

DeafTV’s winning Logo!

DeafTV had a logo competition recently in October and entries were overwhelming, even after the closing date more logos were still coming.  Even the kids from Wodonga Primary School where deaf kids attend school sent their drawings in too!  These were shown on DeafTV 17th December 2002.  The logo winner was announced on DeafTV and it is Craig Jardine!  Congratulations and thank you Craig!  Have a look at the logo above.
